Expanded Warranty: If you have an issue that requires your headset to be sent in to LightSpeed for warranty repair work, LIGHTSPEEDPILOT.COM will send you a prepaid insured shipping label to send your headset back to the factory.  The headset will then be repaired and sent back to you at no charge.  We make it easy…simply fill out the form below (or email us) and we will email you a label.  All you have to do is securely package your headset and drop it off at the Post Office.  Make sure to retain your drop off receipt.  No one else offers free shipping back to the factory.
